Change Management and Office Facelifting for Neogard AG

Neogard AG is one of the leading wholesalers in Switzerland in the areas of garden and DIY products. Beyond Design analysed the strategic orientation of the company in collaboration with the management in order to represent the values of the organisational culture spatially.

The reception area was acoustically improved by means of wall bracing and made inviting with a new colour and material concept. The team offices, which were spread over two floors, were condensed to one level to strengthen the team spirit as well as communication. The workplaces were rearranged and equipped with ergonomic furniture. In order to offer employees flexibility in their daily work, new communication areas and a silent room for concentrated work were created. The new overall concept strengthens the effectiveness and efficiency of the company and ensures a positive working atmosphere.
